COCOA BELLE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Our products are sold subject to their product description and any supporting information. We reserve the right to refuse orders where the product information, price or product promotion has been incorrectly published.
Your order will be delivered to the address you specify so it is imperative that this address is accurate. Standard orders are dispatched within 24 hours and should arrive within three working days. Special delivery can be arranged by contacting us directly.
We cannot accept any liability for any loss or damage to the goods once they have been delivered.
Occasionally the delivery of your goods may be delayed by circumstances outside our control. If for any reason there is a problem with your order we will notify you of the delay and provide you with new timeframe as soon as possible.

You are entitled to cancel your order with us within seven days of the receipt of your goods in exchange for a full refund. All items must be returned in unused condition, in their original packaging. Please send all returns to: Cocoa Belle, 35e Grimston Avenue, Folkestone, Kent CT20 2QD
In the event of cancellation where there is no fault with the product, items must be returned at the cost of the customer. If the item is deemed damaged, the delivery charge will be refunded by Cocoa Belle. We cannot accept liability for goods lost in the post.
